Listing Management for Business Owners
If you are the owner or legal representative of a business in Mallorca, you can claim ownership to customize it or exercise your right to immediate listing removal.
We strictly collect data necessary for account management (email, name, avatar), business verification requests, bug reports, and essential technical navigation data.
- Datos de cuenta: Nombre, dirección de correo electrónico, fotografía o avatar seleccionado.
- Datos de interacción: Reseñas voluntarias, votos, temas y respuestas publicados en el foro de la comunidad.
- Datos de verificación empresarial: CIF, acreditación de titularidad y teléfono de contacto para reclamaciones de negocio.
Your data is processed for authentication, user dashboard administration, business ownership/deletion requests, and community review publications with your explicit consent.
We do not sell personal data. We rely on high-security services such as Google Firebase (secure hosting) and Google AdSense for contextual advertising complying with privacy standards.
You may at any time exercise your rights to Access, Rectification, Erasure ('right to be forgotten'), Restriction, Portability, and Objection by emailing privacidad@serviciosmallorca.es or directly in your dashboard.
We implement TLS/HTTPS encryption on all communications, user-isolated database security rules, HTTP protection headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options), and strict access control.
We use technical cookies to store language and visual theme preferences, as well as Google AdSense advertising cookies managed in accordance with EU privacy regulations.
