Bodegas Can Coleto (Petra - 1999)

Located in the pastoral countryside of Petra in central Mallorca since 1999 under the stewardship of Miquel Jaume Horrach and Isabel Monroig, Bodegas Can Coleto is one of the earliest champions of 100% certified organic viticulture in the Balearic Islands under DO Pla i Llevant. Limiting production strictly to around 15,000 bottles annually to focus on artisanal quality, the estate cultivates limestone-rich vineyards with zero synthetic chemicals or herbicides. Signature cuvées include the innovative 'Blanc de Negres' (white wine vinified from red grapes), barrel-fermented Chardonnay 'Llàgrimes Blanques', Syrah 'Negre Mediterrani', and the flagship Cabernet Sauvignon reserve 'Summum'. Guided tastings hosted personally by the winemakers include vineyard walkthroughs paired with local artisan cheeses and charcuterie.
