Bodegas Can Ramis (Sencelles - 1870)

Founded in 1870 by Pedro Molina Amengual and Francisca Amengual Ramis in the center of Sencelles and lovingly preserved across four generations of family stewardship, Bodega Can Ramis stands as one of the oldest and most authentic wineries in the DO Binissalem and the Balearic archipelago. Its traditional cellars house an ancient historic rainwater cistern repurposed into a natural subterranean barrel-aging vault maintained at stable temperatures year-round, alongside heritage 'botes congrenyades' oak vats. Under the respected 'Serral' label, Can Ramis crafts expressive Mediterranean wines from indigenous grapes (Mantonegro, Prensal Blanc/Moll) and noble varietals. Intimate visits are guided personally by the owner, sharing heartfelt island wine heritage paired with regional specialties.
