Nestled in an unspoiled natural setting at the foot of the Llevant mountain range overlooking the expanse of Alcúdia Bay, Bodegas Conde de Suyrot in Colònia de Sant Pere (Artà) is an artisan winery established in 2006 by French aristocrat and vintner Fabrice de Suyrot. Blending classical French winemaking heritage with island terroir and the marine sea breezes of Mallorca's northeast coast, the estate crafts small-batch cuvées under the IGP Vi de la Terra Mallorca, featuring native Callet, Manto Negro, and Malvasía alongside noble varieties. Guided open-air vineyard tastings showcase the estate, tasting flights of signature bottles ('Sa Llebre', 'Es Mussol', 'Sa Tortuga'), and pairings with local Balearic cheeses and charcuterie.
