Servicios Mallorca is an independent informational directory and community platform providing verified business listings, schedules, locations, and reviews across Mallorca.
Users commit to making lawful and respectful use of the platform, guaranteeing review accuracy and respecting third-party rights.
- Authenticity & Good Faith: User reviews must reflect genuine consumption experiences conveyed constructively and respectfully.
- No Spam or Fake Accounts: Automated bot postings, scraping abuse, and identity impersonation are strictly forbidden.
- Community Respect: Insults, hate speech, or defamatory attacks are strictly prohibited across all community spaces.
All personal data processing strictly adheres to the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Spanish LOPD-GDD, ensuring user confidentiality and rights at all times.
All editorial content, design, and code of Servicios Mallorca are exclusive property. Business trademarks, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners.

Las aportaciones populares comunitarias ("Community Boosts") y las pujas oficiales de posicionamiento para negocios ("Owner Bids") constituyen servicios de visibilidad y posicionamiento web de ejecución inmediata. De conformidad con el artículo 103 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) y la Directiva 2011/83/UE, el usuario consiente expresamente el inicio de la prestación del servicio inmediatamente tras el pago y reconoce perder el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días una vez activado el servicio digital en la plataforma.
Todos los importes se facturan legalmente con desglose de IVA (21% en territorio español) y se emite la correspondiente factura oficial disponible en el perfil del usuario.
Servicios Mallorca mantiene un estricto protocolo de versionado de sus normas y políticas legales (versión actual vigente: v2026.2). Cada vez que se introduzcan modificaciones normativas, fiscales o de privacidad, los usuarios registrados serán notificados mediante una alerta interactiva en pantalla y deberán re-aceptar de forma expresa e informada las nuevas condiciones para continuar utilizando el servicio.
En caso de no conformidad con las nuevas condiciones, el usuario tiene derecho a revocar su consentimiento y cerrar su cuenta sin penalización alguna escribiendo a legal@serviciosmallorca.com.
