Bodegas 7103 Petit Celler (Santa Maria del Camí - 2011)

Established in 2011 by two passionate young Mallorcan viticulturists, Pep Cànaves and Sebastià Ordinas, in Santa Maria del Camí at the center of the DO Binissalem wine region, 7103 Petit Celler draws its distinctive name from the 7,103 square meters that define a 'cuarterada'—Mallorca's ancestral unit of agricultural land measurement. The cellar operates under an uncompromising principle: handcrafting organic and artisan wines strictly from 100% native Balearic grape varieties (old-vine Mantonegro, Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet, and Fogoneu). Guided vineyard walks and cellar tastings offer an authentic connection to island heritage, paired with rustic Balearic bread, artisan sobrasada, and aged Mallorcan cheeses.
